A side note from Bobby:

"For any bike that uses White Lightning or any heavy wax Items there will be a first time $10.00 parts fee.   This is to cover parts only (cables, housing and chain pins).  No Labor charge.   After the next violation,  there will be a $30.00 charge that is to cover parts and then my labor which is pulling the crank, rear derailleur, cassette and chain to drop in the tank of death to dissolve the wax. It will still require a <screw>
driver to scrape off the remaining goop left over from a product that serves no purpose for a bicycle.  If there is a third time,  I will report you to the bike wizard and I will asume money is not a problem".
